COVER LETTERS

Friends,

Does my spouse and myself needs to write any cover letters? are there any samples on the website..if yes could you please send me the link..
What are the details we need to include inside those cover letters?

1. spouse cover letter - planning to write the list of support documents included and she will mention that she is studying and she will be able to work once she is in Canada. anything else needs to be included?

and she will address that letter to newdelhi visa office in delhi since the application will be forwarded to newdelhi,..
please correct me if I am wrong..

2. sponsor cover letter(mine) - will list all documents of mine and my current status - sole proprietor and currently doing contract and looking for better opportunities ..and I will support my wife once she is in Canada and will request to them grant her PR.

ANYTHING else needs to be included?

I did not include any cover letters and in hind sight, I can see where it would have been a good idea. My husband and I did write our own personal letters describing our relationship and so on though.

Everything you said sounds about right to include. I would suggest a letter of your relationship too, how you met, how you proposed, and anything that is special to your relationship.

Most of the letters our friends and family wrote, as well as us, we addressed them: To Whom It May Concern. We thought it better to generalize because we were not sure if our case would be handled by Ottawa or Cairo.

I am sure others will reply as well and give any ideas I may not know or have missed.

Ok thanks so much ..after the initial review in Mississauga application will be forwarded to Outland in Newdelhi India since she is in India we selected Delhi office in india
