I'm not sure. You can send email of cpp-ottawa, something like

Surname:
Given name:
Date of birth: (YYYY-MM-DD)
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number:
Application number:
Type of application:

Submitting Material Document

Dear officer,
My name is .... I am an applicant for Permanent Residence of Canada, Canadian Experience Class (Application number ...).

[here you can briefly explain the reason why do you submit this]

I would like to submit ... (see attachment to this email).

[here you can put some more explanation as well]

Please add attached ... and this explanation to my application so that it could be reviewed in its entirety with no further delay.

Sekarchinna,

Adding any documents to your file depends on the type of your document. If you need to send the original copy of your document then you need to mail them to VO where you file has been transferred. But if you are not required to submit the original then you can always e-mail them @ OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca. They will update your file somewhere in time frame of two weeks. Also, they will confirm by sending confirmation e-mail. When I added the documents to my file they updated in just 3 days. So, it depends how do you send your documents. Usually mail takes longer then e-mail (but obvious).

Ravskabra.

Correct... 8)

E-mail is OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca

In my case, they didn't reply to my email. Reading this forum, I found, that they mostly do not reply (even if you change your address). But if you were lucky, they will reply.

You need to mention the following details.

1. Surname (last name)

2. Given name(s) (first name)

3. Date of birth

4. Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number

5. Application number

6. Type of application - Canadian Experience Class

Thank you all for your reply!!! it really helps, I'm going to send a original copy of PCC certificate by mail to CIC. So, Hopefully everything goes well....

Wish you all a Successful & Prosperous 2014!!! :)

Good luck, I just sent my PCCs yesterday

I just sent my letter of explanation I put everything that is needed for them but instead of Surname and then Given name on the next line i put it like this

Seriously? Calm down - it's honestly not a big deal :)

If you are worrying, resend it, and say that in the previous email (put which date it was sent) you didn't present your name and last name in the required format...
Just to be sure that they received so important document, you are resending this email again, with your name in a right format

PCC - You need to send a Physical copy
Business Cards or Reference letters- Better to send Physical copies although in certain situations Email may suffice.

You would not know who is your VO until atleast you get your medicals.

So you have to mail PCC/Letters to Ottawa with a covering letter explaining the contents and attachments. Please don't forget to mention UCI, Application Number, Date of Birth,Name and Category of u r application in Covering letter.

What is the exact address to send PCC??

Thanks guys..^___^
