I read your posts and it doesn't look like you have a solution. NO fund right now. Failing courses. Not eligible for PGWP even after you finished this current degree. (with unauthorized leave and part time)
Not looking good for any of the PR program currently. And IRCC is not making it easier to get PR but likely harder.

You don't want to go home but this may be your only option at the end. Finish your degree at home and work to get enough point to immigrate in the future if you really want to become a PR.

So what if i get lmia here after completing my course and change to closed work permit?

or what if i take 1 year course after completing this degree and apply pgwp?

What approved LMIA do you have? You do know that getting an approved is very hard now. Needs to be high wage unless move to the north or rural areas with low unemployment.

You need an approved study permits if changing schools or need to extend current permit showing you have $21k plus tuition. Also justify program with better job opportunities than you have with a degree.

You heard about IRCC removing EE point for LMIA?
Most LMIA, if you can even get one, are limited to 1 year of work permit.

It's unlikely to get a study permit soon (time to get approval is long and without proof of sufficient fund and a real plan for career path in home country with you new degree/diploma)

What about TRP? Can i atleast apply for trp?
For my study permit i can manage the fund to show the statement. It just that i have to pay the overdue fee i. Short time and the processing time from backhome is too long. So missed the deadline.

How are you eligible for TRP? If you submit a TRP it takes years to process and you cannot work or have access to services. Finish your degree so you have a Canadian degree.

I will complete the degree and apply for pgwp if it is not approved then apply trp. Or is there anything else i can do if my pgwp is rejected?

If you get the PGWP, good. If not, you can go home and use your Canadian degree to build your career.
With a few years of experience, you can then immigrate to Canada eventually.
Learn French, improve your English... etc.

How are you eligible for TRP? TRP for what? If you want to wait years without working without status for a decision that will probably not be approved is your choice. Get a good lawyer.

if i want to extend the work permit to take new course do i have to show fund from
My back home or i can show it here
