I came to Canada as an international student but havenot completed the course yet because i failed in 2 course. My question is what if i take lmia and maintain status as close work permit?

How would you have implied status? If you find an employer who has an approved LMIA you can attempt to apply for a closed work permit but would need to keep studying full-time until you got a response.

I will take the course next semester but college said i should have taken The course this semester. So i will be in unauthorized leave for 4 months. So can i still come back after 4 months, complete the course and apply pgwp? Or is there any other option?

You cannot work if on unauthorized leave as you are not a student in class. You would not be eligible for PGWP with 4 months of unauthorized leave. Why are you not taking the course now?

I have outstanding fee from previous semester and without cleating the fee they didn’t allow me to register for this semester. And even to pay the fee it will take some time from back ho e and the deadline will be gone by the time

So you cannot work on unauthorized leave so You need to decide to do for the next four months until the next semester.

You must be full time every semester except the last without any unauthorized breaks to be eligible for PGWP. You are no longer eligilble.So when you start your next semester be full time so you can work.

A. Finish program and hope for a PGWP with letter of explanation.
b. Start a new program from the beginning at current DLI that meets PGWP eligibility requirements. Don’t cheat, fail and remain full time.
C. Leave

You cannot work so how will you pay your fees for the next semester?

1. You can apply for PGWP and if refused then decide what to do next.
2. Fee: Not sure what you mean. You said you didn’t have funds to pay off last semester and cannot study. How will you pay fees?
3. You need to apply for extension showing you can afford tuition, living expenses and justify costs with higher pay when you return home.

Well i didnot have the money now but i can arrange fee before the start of next semester. What should i do if my pgwp get rejected?
Will i be able to take another course and apply for pgwp after that?
What are other possible ways i can stay in canada?
