I had previously applied in South Africa a few years back and was unsuccessful.
Been living in London and had read that the success rate is greater.
So applied to Niagara college and was accepted. Then applied for the Study Permit and the letter was issued within 2 weeks.
Classes start on the 3 September and just can't get myself and family over there is time.
Just feel guilty about this especially when there are others that have not been successful and I feel not 100% committed at the moment
The other problem is that the course I applied for only runs from September each year.
Will have to choose another course if go in January 2014. Will the college not question this.
It's alryt to deffer your term with valid reason and as long as you follow the procedure. Update college and get a deferral letter.
What's the duration of this program?
The best way is to first get deferral letter from college, then apply for admission in another college for the same program (if you are particularly keen in this specific program) or else why to change college, take another program in the same college (this way you save admin fee which will get deducted if you switch college).
