Theres a wes option for immigration. Usually document by document. How did you even get that?

I need some help if anyone can answer please. My colleague by mistake ordered course by course evaluation. Application refused. Now WES converted the same course by course to Document by Document evaluation. But the last 2 pages of the converted (duplicate) report still show details of course-by -course evaluation. Is this normal??
