HI everyone! I’m new to this forum and would like to know if is it ok to send my OUTLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION using PUROLATOR instead of CANADA EXPRESS POST since I think they are on strike? Please help. Thank you very much!

Any courier will be OK use the address as shown for that service it's on the guide too:-

Any courier will do. It doesn't have to be Canada Post at all. I think we compared the most common ones (Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, Purolator) and ended up going with whichever one was cheaper and faster, lol. I think it was UPS for us.

Anyway, feel free to pick whichever courier you like.

It was there the next day, and we were sending from Alberta so it was as fast as it can be. I wouldn't expect any courier to take more than a couple of days at most, as one of the main benefits of using a courier is the speedy delivery.

Courier addresses
We accept deliveries from couriers between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for statutory holidays.We don’t accept deliveries before or after these hours.

• Applications for sponsorship of parents and grandparents:
  CPC-M-PGP
  P.O. Box 8020, STN T CSC
  Ottawa, ON
  K1G 3H6

It seems now that Purolator has delivered yesterday to a weird address below:
May 3, 2019 10:02 Ottawa, ON Shipment delivered to sci at: SHIP DOCK of sci 2303 STEVENAGE DR K1G3W1

Does anyone know what should be the correct address for the courier in Ottawa, please?
