Couple of Questions

I am planning to do a 2-year diploma (Aviation Operations) at Seneca College (Toronto). After that, I hope to get 2 or 3 years of PGWP and at that time I plan to do my Certified Flight Instructor licence (6 month course) in a flight school and work for the remaining period.

I have 2 major questions:

1) After the 2-year college diploma, will the duration of the PGWP be 2 years or 3 years?

3) With the student permit from the college, during the non-academic period (summer time) study at a flight school for a short course without changing or comprising the student visa?

1. you will get 3 years of work permit.
2. Studying on your work permit isn't allowed I guess. You will have to get study permit extension. But I am not 100% sure about so someone will help you with your 2nd question.

Somebody else on the forum also wanted to know if they can study on the PGWP and the response was "it's fine, provided the course is not part of a program / certificate / diploma / degree that is greater than six months in length." And the course I wanna do is 6 months.

But I am gonna call the flight school to ask if they will take me as a student on a PGWP without me going and getting a new study permit or a study permit extension.

Yeah I am aware of that for some countries you won't need visa for a course of less than six months, so you will have to make sure that India is in that list or not.
