Hi Everyone

I have a couple of questions I would highly appreciate if you can provide with some answers.

1) if i organize my application in 3 folders (sponsor documents, sponsored person documents and proof of relationship) where should i put the document checklist and the payment receipt for the application.

2) spousal sponsorship with no dependent children are exempted from minimum financial requirement. In the checklist it says that
if you must meet the financial requirement and you are not producing the option c of the last few years then you need to provide evidence of employment such as contracts or pay stubs of the last year or evidence of income.

In my case I am the applicant with no dependant children. and we have the option'-C. Is it still recommended to attach the sponsors paystubs or do you guys thing this can create confusion, and CICs may assume the sponsor may need to meet the minimum income requirement.

3) the medical exam paper i received from the Panel physician consist of 2 pages and they stapled togehter
should i unstaple them?

4) there are two types of document checklist, the country specific for africa http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3912e.pdf
and the IMMG5491 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5491E.pdf which one should we use?

5) After the first stage is approved does CPC'-M ship all the documents to the overseas Processing office or they scan it and the overseas office will download them from their system?. I am afraid if they scan then the documents will lose the order which i organize them

1) It makes little difference as the whole application package is reorganized at CPC-M.
2) You can include them but the Option-C is sufficient.
3) I'm not sure why you have 2 sheets of paper but CIC only requires the medical examination receipt with the barcodes. Clarify?
4) Use both checklists. The country specific one usually contains applicant specific items.
5) The package is physically sent, not scanned, but see answer to 1)

Thanks Zardos for your quick answers.

3) The first page has the barcode with UMI identifier but some info about an paragraph went to the 2nd page, that is why the staple it, may be i should use a paper clip instead of the staples.

Very soon.
I'd leave them stapled together to avoid them getting accidentally separated. If these papers are the only ones with staples it won't be a problem for the processing officer.
