you will still go for Korea checklist as you are in Korea for more than one year and was legally admitted there.

but they ask if you are Pakistani National you have to submit Pakistani forms.

I am Indian citizen but was living in US for more than a year (legally admitted in US)

i had gone through the US checklist. though I had to submit Indian police clearance as I hold Indian passport and was in India till I reached 18

so you would just be required to submit pakistan police clearance (if you were in Pakistan till you reached 18 OR you spent more than 6months in Pakistan)

but for the indian they have diffrent procedure but for Pakistan, south korea, bangladesh, taiwan and sri lanka same , they ask me almost same forms but some additional forms also and i am living in south korea but not a citizen .

Use the country specific forms for the country you are a citizen.

may be

they have different rules for pakistani citizens

Under "Part 3: Information Guides", it does say "Specific instructions that sponsored relatives must follow vary according to their place of residence".

It doesn't specifically say country of nationality, only place of residence. I would take this to mean that a person may use the guide for their current country of residence.

you can see bellow ponsor ship application apply out side of Canada see in general Aisa
IMM 3907 form they clearly mention the detail pls see and what is your opinion.
