I am currently living in South Korea, but about a month or so after I apply, I will return to the UK. When filling in the forms, should I put my current residential address here or should I just put the address that I will be at in the UK?

Put your future address since it will be your permanent one. It's just less complicated that way!

I agree - you really don't want the application to be processed at the embassy that represents South Korea!! You want your application processed through London - not only because it's faster, but because you will be living nearer there for things like interviews (if you have one) and eventually submitting your passport for your COPR.
