Country of Study? - EE Profile Help

Hi Guys,

I was filling my express entry profile and I have ACCA and OBU BSC issued from the UK but I was not physically in the UK to attend any of these programs. So what should I put in 'Country and Town of Study'? I have heard from people that If I will put England in that field then they will ask for Police Clearance from the UK which I cannot get because I never visited the UK.

So any help would be much appreciated.

The country is 'UK' on my ECA of WES although.
