the ITA asks for "country of origin or of residence" Im currently in canada. Im from china. Does that mean I do not fill out the time periods that I was in China or Canada?

Your query isn't entirely clear.

If you're asking about Personal history, you have to provide all possible details regardless of where you were living within the past 10 years or since turning 18 whichever is earlier.

Thanks for your message. Sorry about the confusion.

I was talking about the travel history.

also, I input the high school study time wrong. Say, i input 2005-2006 instead of 2006 to 2007. Now my express entry is locked. but when i proceed with ITA, it asks me the same information again. Can I just change the years for high school there? Or should i decline and wait for another ita. But like high school doesnt even count towards crs points.

Thanks again.

I think the OP is inquiring about travel history.

That is correct. You do not need to list travels from / to Canada or China in your case.
Thanks. Im sorta confused by personal history and travel history. basically my unemployed time (in the personal history) is travel history.

Is the police certificate requirement based on the travel history time? I have only been in canada longer than 6 months since im 18. Im trying to avoid any PCC stuff to speed up my process.

Don't worry about the high school - just update it in the post ITA profile.

You need PCC(s) from your country of residence and all other countries where you have lived for more than 6 months in a row since turning 18.

Yes. CIC will tell you if and when you need to get a Canadian PCC.

i got a checklist which asks for PCC (multiple). But I've only been in canada for longer than 6 months (in a row/all together). Now I'm confused about this. and which PCC do I need to get now?

Originally from china.
in canada since 17.

That is a generic item. Ignore the (multiple) part.

If you've not lived anywhere else (except Canada) for more than 6 months in a row since turning 18, upload an LOE in that field clearly highlighting this fact.

Attach a screenshot of these links as well to explain why this doesn't apply to you.
