Country of Education Selection (Urgent)

While living and working outside United Kingdom I achieved CAT (U.K), ACCA (U.K), BSc(Hons) (U.K), can someone guide me what country of education I should select for Education Credential Assessment (ECA) from WES for Canadian immigration purpose.

UK, as the educational institution from that country awarded those degrees.
