Counting work experience

Hi, I'm a marketing professional from India. I have appeared for a regular MBA in the year 2014 - 2016. Soon after completing it in 2016, i started my job as a Marketing Executive. I had back papers (arrears) in my pg and wrote exams , passed and got final certificate on 2017. Right now am continuing the same job and on this June i'll complete 3 years.

So my question is, can i opt for " Three or more years " of foreign work experience? Is a proper letter of explanation is enough to convince IRCC ? If i do so, i can increase my CRS score from 444 to 469 assuring a sureshot ITA.

OR do i have to give only the 2 year experience to avoid rejections?

Thank you for your responses, though i'm not completely convinced.

I'm expecting that my ECA assessment will certify like i have completed pg in the year 2017. Because on my final pg degree certificate its written like "completed on 2017", even though actual course duration was only 2 years (from 2014 - 2016). So commonly a question may arise from IRCC that, if i give 3 year of work experience and they might ask for clarification. At this situation should i need to mention it in details on LOE , that i have already started my job in 2016 and i only cleared back papers in 2017?

3 years because even though you had arrears in your Masters programme, you did have a Bachelors degree and were a graduate. Experience counts from the date on which you got a bachelor degree unless your job required you to have a masters degree.

Hi guys..I was going to create my express entry profile yesterday and came across these issue..please help me out..!

I had done ECA for my MBA only and i got masters equivalency. Right now when am filling out details in express entry there is a section like this...

Date xxxxxxx first became qualified to practice in this occupation

If the "primary occupation" is:

• a qualified trade (four-digit code begins with 632, 633, 72, 73, 82, 92), this is the date they became qualified to practice on their own in Canada. (For example, when they moved from apprentice to being a licensed tradesperson.)
• any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)

so i have to give an year and month in this.

(Note: my NOC code is 0124)

This is the employment requirement stated in CIC website.

Marketing managers

• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing and several years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation are required.

1) ECA says degree awarded on 2017 so if i give 2016 in this section will it consider as a mismatch?
2) I do have a bachelors degree(Bachelor of Commerce ) completed in 2014 which is not assessed . So i think i cannot give 2014 as the year in which i have qualified to practice in this occupation because of no assessment made for bachelors .? or should i go with 2016 by giving an explanation.?

Please help me guys..i don't have any consultancy support.
