I have a quick question:
I started working on a working permit on 13th of August 2018 (1 full time equivalent) (stated in the job offer letter, however, the work permit is issued on 11th of August), and I received invitation to apply on 12th of August, 2019.
So, will this period be counted as one full year of Canadian work experience? or is it less by one day? Shall I decline the invitation to apply or proceed?

It must be no less than 365 actual days AND 1560 hours, counted at no more than 30 hours per actual week.

So, that is exactly one year. As long as you didn´t take any leave of absence, and you were employed full-time in an eligible occupation, it should count as one year. But, way to cut it close! There would be nothing wrong with declining the ITA and waiting for the next draw (unless your CRS score is borderline too), just to have some breathing room (and perhaps reduce your anxiety - uncertainty creeps in during the long wait...)

Thank you for your informative reply.

Would Paid Vacation be covered

Would Paid Vacation be covered
paid vacation is considered employment, yes. Best to have that stated clearly in your reference letter as a benefit/part of remuneration, ¨Mr X earns XX,XXX per year in salary, along with 3 weeks of vacation and XX benefits..."

I worked full-time from 04/Sep/2018 to 25/Feb and than I changed Company, from 04/Mar until now.
To accept the ITA, can I consider 04/Sep/2019 as the completeness of 1 year and accept any ITA after this, or do I need to include this week off between jobs and only accept ITA after 11/Sep?

Please advice.

You will need to allow extra time for the lost period of employment. You can't count it.
