o yeah.

so long story short. the cap will not be reached until October. just a few occupations noc B may reach the cap.

I agree. Only approx 1/10 towards overall cap. This also explains why cic processes the cases faster recently.

That's it?! :o seems a bit understated to me :-\

Hi,

My one year work experience will be in September,2014 do i take a risk i fall under 2281/2282 ?

CEC updated few mins ago TOTAL: 1,213 / 12,000

NOC 2281, 2282, 2283, 4214, 5241 and 1215

What kind of a work permit do you have? Do you have a full time job offer supported by a positive LMO from your current/any other employer in Canada? If so, you can consider applying right away under federal skilled worker's arranged employment option. Or you can also consider applying under your province's nominee program.

Nobody can predict, but based on the current trend, your NOC is one of the most popular ones, so it is likely.

Hi,

I have open work permit but my province has closed PNP. how to get LMO from employer is there any procedure like job posted on ads but i joined in sept,2013

Sorry did you mean that your province has closed it's route to PNP? If so, you can consider asking your employer to apply for a LMO to support your federal skilled worker application (check hrsdc website for more details). If they don't agree to do so, you can try applying without it anyway and see what happens (provided you have a full time job offer). Please check www.cic.gc.ca for further details on federal skilled worker program. You can also look at other provinces for work and their PNP program.

Hope this helps!

Hi Fellow CEC members,
wths the total for NOC A MEMBERS

^ There is no posted information on that. NOC A is subject to the overall cap but does not have a subcap.

One thing the application numbers may predict : Which NOCs are going to get chopped during next reform of CEC.

:-\

^ I agree on this, but hoping it won't suffer the same fate as the 6 that was initially disqualified.

I believe they have introduced sub caps for the same reason and hope they won't go further disqualifying the NOC'S itself >:(
