May be they are only counting application of which they are sure about passing the procedure. so they are moving slow but you never know. After new rules not sure how applications are moving. We will see it on gcms of november people in future.I am thinking of ordering one just to see any thing different becoz of new rules

They have not mentioned the no.of applications received for NOC code 2174. They did for all other NOC codes.

In my experience more applications will be sent for NOC 2174. So that is the reason for number showing as low. 461/12,000.

That seems mostly correct, although NOCs that have 3 as the second digit are covered by skill level B as well.

Surely, everyone will agree that it is better to see the update rarely like once a month taking into account that it improves processing times.
So they guy responsible for the update has not quit. Hopefully he is sitting somewhere in the section B and helping applications go through.

I'd rather have them forget completely the CAP ... LOL!

CAP just got updated few mins back... Current: 1,213 / 12,000

NOC 2281, 2282, 2283, 4214, 5241 and 1215 are the top rankers...
