Yes they would stop accepting applications after giving out the 200 AOR. Getting PR does not count. All 200 may receive their PR in each sub cap. But applications would be rejected after teh AOR is given out.

But as you know, they are doing the document verifications at the initial step before issuing the AOR, so if you get an AOR you are for sure on the right track to PR.

Those are not 48 applications. Those are 48 applicants who have received AOR from CIC.

Exactly how I understood it. But if this is really 48 AORs per week make it 60 AORs per week X 52weeks = 3120 AORs. I wonder if this count includes the dependents.

This does not include the dependents. Only the principal applicant counts. So I would say 48 principal applicants who have received their AOR irrespective of the number of dependants.

but on 9th, 10th, 11th were holidays. My application reached on 12th nov, means i am in the 1st few applicants whose application reached after new cec rules. My noc is 7247 which shows 0 applications and my credit card charged yesterday, this means my application is complete. Its the only cic knows how they updated the cap. :o

nov 9th it was Saturday, no courier company delivers items on Saturday. so i am confused. neither cic accepts application on Saturday.

Does the 12,000 include the dependents? I hope not. Because if I remember it correctly, in the statistics link that was shared here before, the number of approved CECs include the dependents.

None of the caps include dependants as dependants would not fulfil the NOC job requirements. It is only the principal applicants that count.

is any 1 got aor applying after nov.1

almost 13 applicants got the aor who applied in nov 2013

Correct and aside from this forum, there's trackitt and users who don't use forums at all.

also there are people who dont post on this topic, but post on other topics of the same forum.

Actually its good to see this cap count, as I didnt know this earlier. I will be applying under noc B 5241 in the next few days. Since the only other thing I waiting to receive is the Indian PCC, do you guys think I can send the application without it ?. The reason is will they accept my package and send AOR without PCC, within the sub cap of 200. So that I can submit my PCC once I receive tagging the AOR file number.

Any thoughts on that or any experience sending like this separately ?.
