I applied for PR and was asked to send the passport for permanent resident visa and CoPR document to be sent back. Today I got an update e-mail and when I checked the website it said application approved. In the "Document Status" section it says the following:
"Document" as "Counterfoil";
"Expiry Date" as "2019/12/25";
"Status Updated Date as "2019/08/16"
"Status" as "Your document is valid".

Still waiting for my passport to come. My question is that is the expiry date mentioned is for the CoPR/ PR visa, so I need to land into Canada before 2019/12/25? I was under the impression CoPR validity is for 1 year.

I would be pretty certain that 25 DEC 2019 will be the expiry date on your CoPR.

No, a CoPR is NOT valid for one year. The expiry date is normally (but not always) one year from the date of your medical. You must land and declare PR before the CoPR expiry date.

One year from medical exam or passport expiry, whichever is earlier.

My account is updated with counterfoil document on 15th Aug. It shows validity of 2019/11/12 (12th Nov, 2019 )for me and my husband.
I took my medical on 1sth Nov 2018 and my husband took his medical on 12th Dec 2018.
Do we need to land before 1st Nov or 12th Nov as shown in counterfoil ?

When you receive your COPR, it will have a validity date and medical validity date. The two dates can be different.

To be on the safer side, I will recommend landing before the earlier of the two dates.

Do you currently have a valid work permit? Why are you inadmissible? If you are inadmissible your wife wouldn’t be able to sponsor you now,

I'm inadmissible under section 34 of IRPA, my lawyer said she must mention of my existence but not included me, I don't know what that means,want to ask my lawyer but she is in vacation

Yes I have valid open work permit and work full time

Have you applied for an appeal of some sort that allowed you to get your work permit? Since after a refusal you should have been moved to a deportation list. The fact that you are inadmissible would make you ineligible for most programs including spousal sponsorship.
