Couldnt Qualify for Express Entry Pool

Hello,

I entered all my information for express entry. I have 76 points but I still keep getting message that I am ineligible to apply. This happens every time after I create a new profile. I have entered these details in my profile:

US bachelor in Electrical Engineering, graduated in 2015
Continuous Work Experience 2 years.
Age is 27

I entered my work experience history

employer 1: july 2015-april2016
employer 2: April 2016-November 2016
Employer 3: January 2017 April 2017
Employer 4: April 2017 to present.

IELTS score (R:8.5, L:7.5, W:7, S:8.0)

IELTS to CLB conversion is 24 out of 25.

I have an aunt in canada who is a CC

Employer 1-3 is continuous over 1 year and employer 3-4 is about 2 years continuous.

i dont know why I still dont qualify. Can someone guide me?

1. Check the amount of funds you’re entering.
2. Do you have a valid ECA for your education?

I entered $40,000 just for me. Have no family.
I didn’t enter ECA info...what’s that?

And this is before anything, it’s during profile creation. Wonder why would they need to see that at this point

You cannot be eligible if you don't have an ECA report for a degree obtained outside Canada.
