I received a call from +911130270400. in the afternoon. i could not received it as it was raining heavily and i was driving. when i tried on this no i hear a foreign accent saying that this no is not in service.

Could this be a verification call......???????????

I applied to CHC New Delhi and got call from following number 4178-2000. If you are India you will get call from this number, what I think.

even i got a call from +911161117300.... but i missed it somehow . hope its not the chc delhi embassy number.....

CHC-ND number is 41782000. This is their PABX number. All outgoing calls are made from this number ONLY. So relax... you escaped from some one trying to sell you an insurance or a credit card..

both these no# are not in MTNL directory
could be of Reliance or AirTel ..?

They are supposed to call your employer, right?
