I intend to land on the first of August with my wife and four children but the issue is that my oldest some will be travelling from Africa and will land same day, same Airport but 10 minutes before the rest of us.
I just want to know if there will be any problem with this arrangement because i have advised him not to go to immigration before us

the rule is very clear, Dependents can not land before the PA, they can land with or after the PA.
If you can be 100% sure that your aircraft will land just 10 minutes after him then you can meet at the immigration counters and finish the formalities together. but i don't think you can guarantee that there will be no delays in your flight. it is rare but it can happen. so, why take the risk?
Just imagine what will be the situation like if your flight is delayed or cancelled. what will your son do then?

I think you ask your son to land the next day after your landing.

better ask him to land after U...just ask him to extend his ticket for one day

if he can't extend then, email him the copy of of your CORP,PP and Visa...he may get a copy of it and can talk to
immigration officer about your landing, he may wait there until u land...!!! Please don't forget to PM me about your landing
