wondering if my wife could fly and take my pr card with her while i m outside canada ? is it something legal ?

yes its fine. but did u lost it somewhere? or u wanna renew it?
if u wanna renew or lost it.then u have to send them new pictures of urself and sign the papers.

No it is my 1st pr card which my wife will bring over to my home country when she will get it.

first PR card? u mean the first one they send in 4 to 6 weeks?
and ur outt of canada already?

yes she can bring it. because they mail it to u at ur home address so when she receives it she can come and give u where ever u live
