Could I put my fiance name as a common law partner in my PR application

hi there....I'm processing my PR application...Could I put my fiancé name as a common law partner? We're trying to be get married here on Dec....but even I will put his name under common law partner, we still answered NO if he will accompanying me here in Canada, for he had no attention or whatever in staying here, coz professionally wise, he is better off in KSA. Thanks...You're answer will be greatly appreciated.

Who is a common law partner and what proof are required is defined by CIC? Fiance do not fall in the category of Common law partner and do not qualify to be included as a dependant.

Ok I'll take the bait. Have you been living with your fiancé continuously for more than 12 months? If you have then you have the choice to answer yes, otherwise it would be misrepresentation. I am left wondering why you want to include him in your application if he has no intention of fulfilling his PR obligation?

You will need to submit marriage certificate. How do you go about it?
