Costa Rica PPR help

Hello,
Anyone else applied from Costa Rica? I need some help as I have just recently received PPR and some info on there is confusing.

It says we can submit to a local VAC in Costa Rica but I can't find any address to submit the documents in person....does anyone know how I can find the address?
