Cost of migrating to canada versus cost of migrating to australia

hi,
Has anyone made a cost comparision for application processing when migrating to Canada versus Australia. Australian Immigration department charges $2,575+ $3,575(AUD) for any dependents compared only $1100(CAD) dollars. Has anyone made such comparisons.

Australian Immigration does not charge the Skill Qualifications but it is a fee you have to pay to the different organizations in charge of every skill. I paid about $2000 for Architecture.
