COst of medical exam?

I've had two in Lithuania, one before adopting euro and one after. Price changed insanely. Both at the same doctor.
In 2014 it was 216 CAD;
In 2016 it was 425 CAD.

The medical for my wife and daughter was about 12,000 UAH which at the time was approximately $700 CAD.

There are only two offices in Ukraine so there isn't much of an option to shop around.

The whole exam for my husband here in Guatemala was roughly 140$CAD ... The process lasted about 4-5hrs, because everything in Central America takes forever! Haha, nobody is in a hurry, ever!
