Cost of living in Toronto

Howdy, folks.
I am a senior two student in China, and i plan to study senior three in Toronto in July this year and then i will go to university. Could anyone tell me the cost of living for international students in Toronto? Please list the expenses, like renting, food etc. and please tell me the approx total cost per month.

See this older post(1 year old) by one of the forum member, who went to Toronto on student visa.

According to him, as on 2012 Jan, an international student may need anywhere between 550$-1,100$ per month.
