hi guys!

i just wanted to know what is the required average monthly income for couples (each one) without kids in toronto?
to live a bit comfortably.

we are planning to buy a house, maybe 3-4 bedroom house.
near scarborough or maybe less than an hour away. that is where his parents live.
(we are not looking for a house for now ;D ;D ;D)

what are the expenses we should expect?

It's too general a question. It depends where you are buying a house and what the costs of houses are in that area.

For example, where I live, a 3-4 bedroom house will cost $1 million or above (depending on the condition of the house). Other areas are cheaper - and some areas are more.

You would need to research how much houses cost in the area where you want to buy.
