My son applied a visitor’s visa for the second time and got denied again with same reasons.
. I am not satisfied that he will leave Canada at the end of his stay, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR based on your travel history.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

We explained this to our invitation letter but still refused. So sad. I am asking a help in here what to do. Thank you!

Invitation letter does not guarantee that the applicant will be granted a visa. The applicant will be assessed and not the capability of those who invited your son.You need to state your son's profile and background (is he working, student, minor, nationality, has he travelled before, can he support himself, where your applied from..etc) Hard to comment as no details were given.

The standard answer you can get is address the reasons for refusal before you re-apply.
"I am not satisfied that he will leave Canada at the end of his stay, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR based on your travel history."
>> Can be given if the applicant never stepped out of his home country. Travel history is important as through this the visa officer will be able to see if the applicant is financially capable to travel and he did not overstay in the country he visited.

"I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence."
>> His ties are weak. Ties refers to job, home, property, family or in other ways reason for him to go back to Canada.
