Correspondence letter

I got my visa on aug 21 but haven't receive correspondence letter (letter of information) till date i.e Oct 14 .Is there anyone with same situation? Is mandatory to show this letter in immigration? And has anyone travelled Canada without this letter recently?

Bio-metric Validation:14th August
Visa Granted:21st August
I applied paper based application and yes applied in India

Yeah good....I m also in medical field...but applied for diploma course and got offer letter...don't know what will happen in visa
