Correspondence letter received, but new study permit not among list of documents issued

Hello guys,

I hope you can help me with my dilemma.

I received the correspondence letter today for my study permit extension requestw

How long does it usually take before the new study permit arrives in the mail?

Also, on the correspondence letter, only the work permit and eTA are mentioned under « Documents issued ». Is that normal?

My old one will expire this coming end of August. I applied for a new study permit with CoOp last July 10.

Hi! I have the same question and was wondering if it was all ok on your end. I got my Co-op work permit and study permit extension approved, but on the correspondence letter, it only shows my Work Permit and my ETA. No mention of the study permit.

Was it all ok in the end? Did you receive another correspondence letter with the study permit on it?

Hello, everything was alright in the end. If I remember correctly, I didn’t receive another correspondence letter, but I did receive both study permit and Co-Op permit in the mail a few days after. Hope this helps!
