Did you check your email? If you applied online or link your application you can log in to my IRCC account, it should be there. Alternatively, you can email the visa office that handled your application. They will surely send you one or advice you.

Web form them asap, something similar happened to me and it only worked by webforming them.

You don't need correspondence letter. They randomly send that to applicants and many don't receive it. I arrived in Canada in August without it and just had to tell at the immigration that I did not receive it.

hey, did you get the correspondence letter? please tell me if you have cause i am in the same situation , i have received the stamped passport but not the correspondence letter.
