Correspondence letter biometrics

I just received the correspondence letter of Biometrics last Jan 21 2021 but is was dated April 29, 2020. Is this a good sign? How long usually it takes to get the final decision? I lodged my student application last Feb 2020 and i have my medical passed. Need some insights! Thanks
