Correspondence for requested documents

Yes, they sent it on October 18th while ECAS the date was September 25th. Almost a month after.

Yes. I believe they just forgot to send the letter. I ended up submitting a web-form question to IRCC. In couple days they responded saying that they forwarded my request to the responsible office. The day after that the fingerprint request was mailed to me. The date in the letter was still September 25th though.

Hi folks:
Today I opened my ECAS and I found this:

"We sent you correspondence on December 11, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required".

Anyone would explain to me what they mean by this, and what documents do I need to provide them, and I will receive a letter from them regarding this by regular mail or not, does it affect my application routine process or not please help

- PCC was submitted upfront with the application back in Feb 2019
- AOR received April 2019
- Biometrics done in June 2019
- Pre-arrival letter was receive in March 2020

AOR: April 6 2019
Biometrics: June 2019
Pre- arrival Letter: March 2020
Medical Request: Sep 2 2021
Medical done: Sep 5 2021
Medical received by IRCC: Sep 7 2021
After that no news from IRCC
