Correspondence degree from Delhi University

Hi,

I have a B.A. English honors, obtained via correspondence, from School of open learning, Delhi University.

It's a 3-year degree, and has been accredited by WES as such. It's Canadian equivalency is 3-years bachelor’s degree.
Few questions -

a) Would this degree work for FSW program under express entry?

b) I read somewhere that one needs to show 17-19 hours of classes taken per week for such a degree. Is this true?

Anything else that needs to be done differently for a correspondence degree?

If you have an ECA from WES, you are eligible for FSW.
