Do we receive any correspondence or decisions made on weekends?

I submitted on 3rd Nov (2nd time)
Ghost update 4th Nov
Medicals updated 18th Nov
Ghost update 19th Nov
Ghost update 22nd Nov @ 1:35 PM Qubec time.
Any inputs?

IRCC are Monday / Friday operation although does not of course mean that a system delay could result in delayed correspondence appearing over a weekend
