Wish you all a Happy and Prosperous New Year...

I need help - my daughter's name in the passport is written as follows : (Example) - Surname : Brar
Given Name : Mansukh Kaur

But by mistake I write her name in the application forms as follows : (Example) - Surname : Kaur
Given Name : Mansukh Brar

My interview has already done successfully. I am worried when they will notice that name in the passport is written different way they may ask me to the correct name in passport as per Application- I don't want to change her real name. My question is to keep the name as is in the passport, shall I inform to CHC London by email, as I am waiting for my medical papers they may despatch in a day or two.

Please advice me as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot in advance

Thanks Eduardo Picazo and Thaiguy for your sugestions, yesteday I sent an email to CHC London informing them about the mitake and attached a photocopy of my daughter's passport.

Even in my and my wife's passport - names are written in single line (surname and given name) instead of surname and given name separately in two lines. Today I am going to Indian embassy for the correction in our passports.
