Correct way of mentioning Work History in Express Entry application

Hi Experts,

I work for an Indian IT company and has a total experience around 9 years with the same company. However, I have been to onsite 2 times in this duration for the same company.

In these 9 years, below is my work pattern:
Nov 2009 - Oct 2012 -> India
Nov 2012 - Nov 2013 -> Netherlands
Dec 2013 - Nov 2015 -> India
Dec 2015 - Dec 2017 -> Canada

I am confused about how to put these details in my EE profile:
1. Do I put all the above records, even though I was with the same company (only location differs)?
2. or Do I put only 2 records. One for the complete job duration and other only for Canada experience (as it will get me more points)?
3. or Any other way is required.

Please help.

Thanks for the reply.
I did that, but now it is asking me for support documents for each row .
Now what document can i show when i again resumed working in India (3rd row in my original question).

Same job letter in all places, assuming it covers that period. Explain all this in your letter of explanation.

How you entered your work history, added seperate row for each country (same employer)? did it worked, is your application approved ?
