So what is the final resolution of the digital photo you guys have uploaded (in response to 35x45, 420x540, 600 dpi requirements) ? Did anyone uploaded higher resolution photo? Is it required? Or should one stick with 420 x 540 ?
Thank you! I was in the same confusion and It helps to know that the back of the photo is not needed. One more question - Do we need to upload the scan of my old passport as I have done lot of travel using my old passport.
Reduce the size of your head to something like 32mm then your shoulders will start to appear. You can use ⌘/CTRL+T on the whole photo and scale it down.
You can PM me the photo, happy to do it for you.

how can I know the pixels of a PDF File? I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Need Help. I need my PDF's files to be at least 420 x 540 pixels. I am using the same files I used for the MPNP but need to make sure they have the minimum pixels required from IRCC.

Try using a .jpg file instead. You can use any photo editing app like Photoshop to find out the size.
