Corona virus : COPR landing postponed

hello folks,

I had a COPR which expired on May 15th 2020, I was unable to travel to Canada due to COVID -19 and being outside my home country already then. I am now planning to go to canada in July . Has anyone else been in the same situation as me with COPR expiring before you were able to land ? Were you able to land after the COPR expiry and what was the process you followed ?

You can't travel now with the expired COPR. You need to send a Webform to IRCC to let them know that you're ready to travel and wait for them to issue you a new COPR doc. Issuance of COPR's for now is suspended and there's no timeline when they'll resume.

I see , fingers crossed . I just submitted the webform saying I can travel by July 12th .

I did get a mail in the account last week saying they will not deny any application because a person cannot travel due to the corona virus.
