IF THE COPR/VISA OF MY STEP CHILDREN WILL EXPIRE SOON.
WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO RENEW/EXTEND? IS THERE ANY CONFLICT IF EVER THEY CAN'T BE HERE IN CANADA AFTER THE EXPIRATION?

No - it's not possible to extend or renew the COPR. Use it or lose it. If your step children fail to land before their COPR expires, you will have to sponsor them again from scratch.
