COPR Typo mistakes NDVO 2018

Dear All,

We received the COPR of my spouse and child. Spouse COPR looks good but child COPR place birth is missing and only country of birth is mentioned. Again baby height was mentioned 34 Cm where as we submitted the application with height as 63cm. Did any one faced the similar issue, please advice.

I have received my passport with spouse visa and one letter as well and in that letter they wrote my marital status single?
I don’t understand that why they wrote single in that letter as my wife has sponsored me?
Can someone advise why they wrote that

Hi my husband received COpR yesterday and marital status written as single as well but then at the end it gives details for sponsor as spouse i dont understand. Did you find out anything about this
