COPR truncated; PR card renewal

Hi All
I have a weird situation, I got my COPR and PR card back in 2011. Both had 1 letter missing in my Given names. So my PR card and COPR are not same as my passport. Now i have to renew my PR card,when filling the form for renewal it asks for (Your full name as shown on your record of landing (IMM 1000), confirmation of premanent Residence (IMM 5292) or (IMM 5688). So, my question if i fill in my correct name instead of the truncated name, would that be correct or incorrect?

If i want to have my full name without any truncated letters, what i should i do? Any advise Would be much appreciated.

My situation was like you. It seems that CIC database can only accept certain number of alphabets for name. So in my case, last 2 alphabets of middle name was truncated in COPR, SIN card and PR card. I was advised that there will be no problems regarding home country passport name and PR card having 2 alphabets less.
After living here 10 years and flying in /out quite often and renewed the PR card twice, I can confirm there are no problems with this. It's just your personal choice if you want to make it exactly correct. Of course, in ideal situation it should be exact.
In my case, I let it be and also applied for citizenship using COPR name. I'm now a citizen and my Canadian passport and home country passport still has the small difference in name. Sometime in the future, I may apply to have my name corrected but don't want to get involved in long bureaucratic system for the time being.

Another question.
On the form 5444 PR application, I used my CORP truncated name. But now there is another form named "Supplementary identification" that i need to fill in, the form is IMM5455. In this form too i have to use my truncated name right? i cannot use by non-truncated name?

Any official form to be filled in in Canada, you have to use your Copr name.

1. You use your full name and IRCC truncates it.
