Probably not. Just tape it up.

Likely it would not matter for the officer at port. But do take care of your copr since it is needed all the way till citizenship

My wife's COPR was accidentally torn as the gum on the pic had glued to the paper. Approached VFS in Chandigarh India and got the document replaced at an extra fee.
