Hi, I entered Canada through US/Canada Land border On 16 February. When I check status of my PR card application, It says it is still under process. Processing time for The permanent resident card application per the IRCC website is only 13 days. Does the processing time start at the time you enter the border? If so is it unusual for it to be so delayed? Anyone else that entered around this time through the land border and still waiting for their card?

It might be delayed because of the postal services as well .

I had received mine in 15 days.
