Yikes. I think all files are received in Sydney then once it passes R10, CEC files gets passed on to Ottawa CPC for processing.

CEC applications first get sent to Sydney for completeness check, then sent to Ottawa for processing. PNP paper based applicants get issued COPR from the Sydney office.
With the pandemic they are also able to shift files to other VO across the country as well.

Finally the day has arrived !! Yesterday i received Approval note in my EE profile along COPR # but no email yet from IRCC.
Also there is no document to download in the Portal.

Eligibility: Feb 3rd 2021
BIL: June 30, 2020
BIO: Nov 05, 2020
Security: Passed
Criminality: Completed on 23rd Jan 2021
Final decision : Feb 3rd 2021

Update us when you get COPR!!!
Agent contacted her manager during the call and suggested to better get medical rather then wait and get remedical request (come on, its IRCC - if you say 90% it will get extended, they will give another 90% that you need to do medical again. it's like election in Russia).
