Hi! Is anybody having issues accessing the CIC profile?

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /mycic/gccf.

Reason: Error reading from remote server



Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I can see in my GCMS notes saying: info sharing: in progress! That's why I am stuck in criminality check!

Even if info sharing is complete, your criminality may still be in progress for a long time. My info sharing was complete days after I did bio on Oct 14, but my criminality has always been "in progress" even until now. It's just up to when the agent will look at your file and make a decision.

I think most PNP files are assigned to Sydney and they have severe backlog, so files are sitting untouched for months
