Elibility recommended pass( November 15 ), bio given last year, background in progress.
I need to travel home and re enter back so need PR urgently .. any anticipation when will it be finalized ??

I also want to travel and stay with my family for a while. It’s been over 8 months and still no pr, my WP will expire July 2021. Can I work remotely until I get pr(even if wp expires in the meanwhile)?

Did you try ordering GCMS notes? Because I'm planning to order it by the end of this month.

Yes I just received the GCMS notes and the officer has passed medical, eligibility, criminality ,done biometrics etc. Also recommended that “ met ” ... but some other officer has to make the final decision ... that’s why it takes so long

Does anyone know how long will take to complete security check. I called CIC on Dec 2nd and they told me that my eligibility review is complete and met and the only thing left is security.

Mine is also Sydney, my criminality still in progress. Yesterday got a GU, dont know if that means something. The bad news is Im seeing very few COPR from this office.

I have applied for both EE and PNP paper based. I have already passed my medical exam on EE, and just recently I received a letter requesting medical exam for PNP.

Question: Do I need to do medical exams separately for each program even though it hasnt been over a year yet?

As long as the medical is valid is valid you can submit it.

I guess you can work remotely. You need to ask your employer about that if they accept remote work but I am pretty sure that if WP expires it would be a hard time for you and wouldn't recommend you to go through that route.

Some agents write eligibility "recomended pass" and some writ "met". what is your AOR ?

AOR July 29. At the eligibility they wrote passed but they wrote met at some other section where they have to conclude I think .

You got the Job on the bases of work permit. If that expires then there is no job and you have a PR application in process too. Better apply for bwop if less than 4 months are left.
